How do I return my products?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from tudnfanshop.com, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Contact our customer service team at ayuda@udnfanshop.com so they can help you with the creation of your return label. Once your package is labeled, feel free to drop it off at any UPS Drop Off Location within the applicable returns window for that product.
Why can't I find my order in my order history?
You may have placed your order using the guest payment option. In this case, the order is not associated with a registered account. However, you can still check the status of your order online using the order tracker.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when the order leaves the warehouse. Once you place the order, we authorize the amount, then once the order leaves the warehouse, we capture the amount.
How long does delivery take?
The time it takes to place your order varies depending on the type of products you order, the delivery address and the delivery method you choose. During sales and promotion periods, delivery may take slightly longer than expected. Standard ground delivery normally takes 3-5 business days, please allow 1-2 days for processing. Please add an additional 3-5 business days for custom jersey orders. Some products may show pre-order messaging and timing, please see the individual product pages for this information.
